By accessing or using TruGuide (the "Service"), operated by Hoosier Marketing Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hoosier Marketing Solutions. Please read them carefully before using TruGuide.
TruGuide is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide faith-based guidance, Bible study support, devotional planning, and sermon preparation assistance. The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses grounded in a Christian worldview and traditional values.
TruGuide is a tool to support your faith journey. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, legal counsel, or the guidance of a pastor, priest, or trusted spiritual mentor.
To use TruGuide, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in with Google. You agree to:
Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
TruGuide offers the following subscription plans:
All prices are in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
Paid plans (Faithful and Shepherd) include a 24-hour free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable monthly fee. You may cancel at any time during the trial through the billing portal at no cost.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription date. You will be charged the applicable monthly fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage billing" link in the app. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Seeker (Free) plan.
Due to the nature of digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may grant refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

All responses provided by TruGuide are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our system prompts to reflect a Christian worldview and sound biblical theology, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Specifically:
We provide TruGuide as a helpful tool to support your faith journey, but you are responsible for how you use and act on its responses.
Your content: You retain ownership of all messages, images, and other content you submit to TruGuide ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Our platform: TruGuide, including its design, branding, code, system prompts, and all original content, is the intellectual property of Hoosier Marketing Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.
AI-generated responses: Responses generated by TruGuide are provided for your personal use. You may use, share, and adapt these responses freely, but they are provided "as is" without warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoosier Marketing Solutions and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TruGuide, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hoosier Marketing Solutions and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) your User Content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TruGuide at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or abusive behavior.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may notify you via email or through a notice in the app. Your continued use of TruGuide after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
